Our Website and Your Session Are Separate

These terms apply to your use of our website only. Every session, wedding, and commission is governed by its own signed client agreement, issued through Pixifi. Where these terms and your client agreement differ, your client agreement prevails.

Use of This Website

You are welcome to explore our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. We ask that you do not use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; or submit false, misleading, or unsolicited promotional information through our forms.

Our Images and Intellectual Property

Every photograph, word, and design on this website is the original work of Lyndah Wells Photography or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

No image or content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, edited, shared, or used commercially without our prior written permission. This includes the use of any image or content to train, develop, or prompt artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

Pricing

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. A non-refundable session retainer is required to reserve your date. The retainer secures your session and includes planning and preparation. It does not include digital files or printed artwork.

Portrait collections and artwork are selected and purchased during your reveal session.

Pricing is subject to change at any time, but is locked in once your session date is secured.

Travel within 10 miles of our studio in Grand Bahama, The Bahamas, is included. Additional travel, location fees, or permit fees may apply beyond this radius.

Due to the custom nature of photography services and artwork, all sales are final.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, and we will always work with you whenever possible.

Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days' notice. Administrative rescheduling fees may apply.

Rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original session date. Sessions not rescheduled within 90 days are considered cancelled and are subject to current pricing if rebooked.

Mini-sessions are non-refundable and may be transferred to another available mini-session date when applicable.

Weather Policy

For outdoor sessions, weather decisions are made the day before your session if conditions may compromise safety or image quality. If conditions are not suitable, we will reschedule at no additional fee.

Session Length

Full portrait sessions are up to 90 minutes. Mini-sessions and styled sessions vary by offering. We work with intention to capture a complete, curated gallery within your scheduled time.

Wardrobe

Wardrobe guidance is included with full-length sessions. Due to time constraints, mini-sessions do not include outfit changes unless otherwise specified.

Makeup

Professional makeup is included in the full custom session fee and is reserved for one person only.

Reveal Session

You will be invited to a personalized reveal session. Your gallery will include a curated selection of professionally edited images, and only the strongest images are presented.

Images are stored for up to six months from your session date. After that time, archival is not guaranteed.

Print and Product Policies

Print products typically require 6 to 8 weeks for production once ordered. Shipping fees apply to physical product orders.

We guarantee print quality only for products ordered through our professional lab partners.

All digital files, prints, and artwork purchases are final.

Due to differences in screen calibration, printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your device.

Personal Use of Your Images

You are welcome to share your images on your personal social media accounts. Images may not be edited, sold, or used for advertising or any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Text Messaging Terms

If you choose to receive text messages from Lyndah Wells Photography, you may receive messages about your inquiry, session details, planning updates, and gallery delivery. Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For more on how your mobile number is protected, please see our Privacy Policy.
