When you submit an inquiry, book a session, or correspond with us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, location, guest count, investment range, and the details of your story, including information about your partner, family, or children that you choose to share.
Information shared through booking. When you reserve your date, we collect the details needed to prepare your contract and invoices, such as your mailing address. Payments are processed securely by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card or bank details ourselves.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, certain information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including your browser type, device, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and prepare a thoughtful proposal; to plan, schedule, and deliver your session or celebration; to send contracts, invoices, questionnaires, and reminders; to deliver your gallery; to send text messages when you have chosen to receive them; to understand how visitors find and experience our website, and to refine our advertising; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We never sell your personal information.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors experience our site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries. - Pixieset, for the private delivery of your gallery

- Our email and messaging providers, for correspondence and text messages you have chosen to receive
We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our studio, or others.
Your Images and Galleries
Your gallery is delivered through Pixieset in a private, password-protected collection shared only with you and those you choose to invite. With your permission, a selection of images may be featured in our portfolio, on social media, or in publications. You may ask us at any time to keep your images private or to remove your gallery.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you, deliver your gallery, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Galleries remain available for the period described in your contract. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request that it be deleted, to object to or limit certain uses, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, simply write to [email protected]. We will respond with care and within the time required by law.
International Clients
Lyndah Wells Photography is based in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and welcomes clients from around the world. Your information may be processed in The Bahamas, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected wherever it travels.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Information about children in family sessions is shared with us by their parents or guardians and used solely to serve that family.
